Open source is a gift, not a business model

FreeITSM is not a loss leader for a paid product. There is no company behind it looking to convert you to an enterprise plan. There is no "community edition" with crippled features designed to frustrate you into upgrading.

This is a genuine gift to the IT community. I built this alone and decided to share it. That's it. The entire source code is available. Every feature is included. Nothing is held back.
